We want you to feel confident in every KYN piece. Please read our return and exchange guidelines before placing an order.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At KYN, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t fit right, arrives damaged, or simply isn’t what you expected, we’re here to make the process easy and hassle-free.

Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange request.

RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

We currently accept return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, the pickup process will typically be initiated within 24–48 hours, depending on courier availability and serviceability in your area.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our official returns portal:

Requests raised outside the portal may not be accepted.

All return or exchange requests related to the same order must be submitted together in a single request. Separate requests for the same order raised on different dates may attract additional handling charges.

EXCHANGE POLICY

One-Time Complimentary Exchange

Every order is eligible for one complimentary exchange, either for:

  • A different size
  • A different product

Once the original product is collected and successfully passes our quality inspection, the replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Products must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact and returned in reasonable condition
  • Items must not contain stains, makeup marks, perfume, deodorant traces, sweat marks, body odor, pet hair, lint, or damage
  • Products must not show signs of wear, stretching, washing, fabric damage, or prolonged usage

Products failing quality checks may not be approved for exchange.

KYN does not provide product trials. Products purchased for temporary use, events, photoshoots, content creation, or single-use purposes may not qualify for return or exchange.

Product Availability

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, the eligible amount will be issued as Store Credit.

Exchange Pricing & Discounts

Exchange pricing will be based on the current selling price of the requested product at the time the exchange is approved.

  • Discounts applied to the original order may not apply to exchanged items
  • Customers must pay any applicable price difference before the exchanged product is shipped
  • If the exchanged product is lower in value, the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit

After an Exchange is Completed

If a customer chooses to return an exchanged item, the refund will only be issued in the form of Store Credit.

A fresh order must be placed separately for any replacement item.

RETURN POLICY

Return Charges

A flat ₹150 return processing fee will apply per order return request.

This amount covers reverse shipping and handling charges and will be deducted from the refund amount.

The fee remains the same regardless of the number of items being returned from a single order.

Return processing fees will not apply in cases involving verified defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes quality inspection.

Promotional Offers & Free Gifts

Refunds may be adjusted proportionately in cases involving promotional discounts, coupon codes, bundle offers, or free gifts.

Any free or promotional item received with an order must also be returned for the return request to remain eligible.

Store Credit Validity

Store Credit issued by KYN will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Refund Timelines

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days.

Bank or payment gateway processing timelines may vary.

PICKUP & SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Reverse Pickup Availability

Reverse pickups are only available in serviceable pin codes covered by our courier partners.

Non-Serviceable Locations

For locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product unless otherwise approved by KYN.

Pickup Attempts

Our courier partners will make a maximum of 2 pickup attempts.

If both attempts fail, the return or exchange request may be cancelled automatically.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and contact details.

KYN shall not be liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect addresses or inaccurate information provided by customers.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at the time of delivery may result in future Cash on Delivery restrictions or additional shipping charges.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

  • Requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Products sent back without an approved return or exchange request may not be accepted
  • Exchange dispatch timelines may vary depending on inventory availability and operational timelines
  • KYN reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, repeated abnormal return behavior, or mismatched products
  • All requests are reviewed in accordance with KYN’s policy and quality verification process

KYN shall not be liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, natural events, or circumstances beyond operational control.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / MISSING ITEMS

To report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, customers must provide a continuous and unedited unboxing video clearly showing:

  • The sealed package
  • The package opening process
  • Product condition upon opening
  • Complete visibility of all received items

Claims without sufficient proof may not be eligible for resolution.

All such requests will be reviewed in accordance with KYN’s verification process and policy guidelines.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and customers must follow the return process after delivery.
